VISAS BUSINESS VISA (NE) REQUIREMENTS:
TO PRINT VISA APPLICATION FORM - CLICK HERE 4. Three (3) recent color passport type photographs, white background 3X3 cm (1.2X1.2 inches). 5. ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: a. Original and copy of the letter issued by the legal representative of the foreign commercial/industrial company, or of services that the visit from the foreigner to the country promotes in which the Business Visa applicant’s position within the organization is indicated, that being of administrative, managerial, or executive level, or legal representative; as well as the activities of the business enterprise that the same is going to develop in Colombia; the judicial, strategic, or economic ties of the foreign judicial person with an established national or foreign judicial person in the national territory, if there are any; and it shows that the company or foreign judicial person becomes responsible for this person during his/her stay in the country; accompanied by the certification of contract, legal representation, or similar document, according to the country of origin. b. Original and copy of the letter issued by the legal representative of the legal person or organization of governmental function, private or mixed, established in the country that promotes the visit of the foreigner in which the Business Visa applicant’s position within the organization is indicated, being of administrative, managerial, or executive level, or legal representative; the activities of the business enterprise that the same is going to develop in Colombia; and shows that the company or foreign judicial person becomes responsible for this person during his/her stay in the country; accompanied by the certification of contract and legal representation. c. Original and copy of the letter of invitation directed to the foreign Business Visa applicant by a company or established legal person in Colombia which states the activities that the business person is going to develop in the country, and shows that the company or foreign judicial person becomes responsible for this person during his/her stay in the country; accompanied by the certification of contract and legal representation. d. Original and copy of the letter of invitation and/or presentation letter of the foreign Business Visa applicant on the part of a Chamber of Commerce or governmental office of economic development or investments of his/her country of origin or residence in which the activities that the business person is going to develop in the country are indicated. e. Original and copy of the presentation letter to the Business Visa applicant from a supervisor, representative or member of the personnel of the foreign Commercial Office of established governmental character in Colombia that promotes economic or commercial interchanges in or with Colombia.
