Atendemos 12 Estados:

Dakota del Norte, Dakota del Sur, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Wisconsin

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Valid Passport with at least two (2) blank pages
2. Two (2) copies of the passport, including the information pages and the page with the last Colombian visa or last entrance seal to Colombia.
3. Original and copy of the Visa Application Form signed and completely filled out.

4. Three (3) recent color passport type photographs, white background 3X3 cm (1.2X1.2 inches).
5. Original and photocopy of the Colombian Marriage License (Registro Civil de Matrimonio), which must be issued within the last ninety (90) days; or the copy of the judicial provenance that shows the existence and fact of the permanent and singular union, depending on the case.
6. Two (2) notarized copies of the Colombian citizen spouse or partner’s national ID card (Cédula de ciudadanía).
7. Original and copy of the letter from the Colombian citizen (spouse) requesting the visa.
8. Commitment to inform the "Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS". TO PRINT FORM CLICK HERE.

NOTE I: IN THE EVENT THAT THE FOREIGNER WISHES TO EXERT A DIFFERENT ACTIVITY THAN STAYING AT HOME OR STUDY, HE/SHE MUST PRESENT THE DOCUMENTS THAT DEMONSTRATE THE INTENDED ACTIVITY IN COLOMBIA IN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEMANDS ESTABLISHED FOR THE COLOMBIAN NATIONALS, AND CERTIFICATE OF PROPORTIONALITY BETWEEN NATIONAL AND FOREIGN WORKERS WHEN HIRING BY PRIVATE ORGANIZATION.
