Atendemos 12 Estados:

Dakota del Norte, Dakota del Sur, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Wisconsin

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Valid Passport with at least two (2) blank pages
2. Two (2) copies of the passport, including the information pages and the page with the last Colombian visa or last entrance seal to Colombia.
3. Original and copy of the Visa Application Form signed and completely filled out.

4. Three (3) recent color passport type photographs, white background 3X3 cm (1.2X1.2 inches).
5. Two (2) photocopies of the admission certificate issued by the corresponding educational institution or two (2) notarized or certified by Apostille photocopies of the agreement signed between the sponsoring organization and educational institution which is committed to accept the student, in the case of an exchange student.
6. Two (2) photocopies of proof of legal existence of the Educational Institution in Colombia (CERTIFICADO DE PERSONERÍA JURÍDICA).
7. Original and copy of the letter of the person who will financially support the student and two (2) photocopies of the documents indicating financial solvency of the applicant or his/her parents/legal guardians or the person paying for the applicant`s studies and related expenses during his/her stay in Colombia.
8. If a scholarship is financing the studies, the original and a photocopy of the certification of the International Entity, or state or private institution stating this fact is required. If it is a partial scholarship or grant, he/she has to enclose the original and a copy of his/her or parents`/guardians` documents indicating financial solvency.
9. In case the student will participate in an internship or field experience, an original and a copy of the document which states that the field experience or the internship is part of an academic requirement.
10. In the case of studies different from elementary, middle, high school, technical, or technological, or of superior level you will need: Original and photocopy of the certification or the document from the corresponding educational establishment which indicates that the work schedule is a minimum of ten hours weekly.

IMPORTANT NOTE I: IN CASE OF A MINOR IT IS ADDITIONALLY REQUIRED AN ORIGINAL AND A COPY OF THE PARENTS` AUTHORIZATION LETTER FOR THE CHILD TO REMAIN IN COLOMBIA, AND IT HAS TO STATE THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MINOR DURING HIS/HER STAY IN COLOMBIA.
