REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid Passport with at least two (2) blank pages
2. Two (2) copies of the passport, including the information pages and the page with the last Colombian visa or last entrance seal to Colombia.
3. Original and copy of the Visa Application Form signed and completely filled out.

4. Three (3) recent color passport type photographs, white background 3X3 cm (1.2X1.2 inches).
5. Original and copy of letter from the non-profit organization or non-governmental organization, or from the Mission or International Entity, indicating the intended activity that the foreigner will undergo, or the work program for a specific period of time with a revised agenda included, and the institutions and public or private entities that claim to want to interview him/her. Also the experience and suitability of the foreigner concordant with the activities that he/she will perform in the country will be documented.
6. Original and copy of the letter from the non-profit organization or non-governmental organization, or from the Mission or International Entity, indicating that is committed before the Colombian Government to be responsible for the stay of the foreigner in the national territory and his/her (and family) return to his/her (and family) country of origin or last country of residence, at the end of the activities or in situations which prevent him/her to continue to fulfill the same, or death, or for whatever reason it comes to the cancellation of the visa, deportation or expulsion, according to the case.
7. Original and copy of the Certificate of Existence and Legal Representation of the non-profit organization or non- governmental organization issued by the corresponding Colombian authority no more than three (3) months before the presentation of the application of the visa; and if necessary, the document of registration before the corresponding national authorities.
When the entity or NGO does not have a seat in Colombia, a certified copy of the written constitution or the instrument that accredits its existence is required, and must state that the organization is at least 5 years old from the date of its establishment, or count on good status in the Social Council of the Organization of the United Nations. It must be translated into Spanish, authenticated by the corresponding Consular Office and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to the norms established by the Civil Procedure Code or Apostille when needed. When the entity or NGO does have a seat in Colombia, the visa applicant can provide a notarized copy of the corresponding document that demonstrates the legal representation sent by the competent authority.
