REQUIREMENTS:

1. Valid Passport with at least two (2) blank pages
2. Two (2) copies of the passport, including the information pages and the page with the last Colombian visa or last entrance seal to Colombia.
3. Original and copy of the Visa Application Form signed and completely filled out.

4. Three (3) recent color passport type photographs, white background 3X3 cm (1.2X1.2 inches).
5. Original and copy of the written communication sent by the "DEPARTAMENTO DE CAMBIOS INTERNACIONALES DEL BANCO DE LA REPÚBLICA" stating that the registration of the direct foreign investment for the purchase of buildings in the name of the foreign visa applicant consists of an amount not inferior to one hundred thousand dollars (US $ 100.000,00) of the United States of America, in agreement with what is established in the article 12 of the 2622 Decree of 2009 which modified the article 41, numeral 41,3, of the 4000 Decree of 2004, and in accordance with the statement in the general foreign investment and exchange regime and other effective Colombian norms.
6. Original and copy of the Certificate of Tradition and Freedom "CERTIFICADO DE TRADICIÓN Y LIBERTAD" granted by the respective Registration Office of Public Instruments, sent within a month (1), it must state that the applicant is proprietor of a building in the national territory by a value that corresponds to the registered investment, which does not have to be inferior to the amount referred in the previous numeral.
