Atendemos 12 Estados:

Dakota del Norte, Dakota del Sur, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Wisconsin

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Valid Passport with at least two (2) blank pages
2. Two (2) copies of the passport, including the information pages and the page with the last Colombian visa or last entrance seal to Colombia.
3. Original and copy of the Visa Application Form signed and completely filled out.

4. Three (3) recent color passport type photographs, white background 3X3 cm (1.2X1.2 inches).
5. Documents that state the intended activity that the visa applicant is going to perform in Colombia.
6. Two (2) photocopies of documents that prove the financial solvency during the stay in the country (bank statements, invitation letter and documents that state the financial solvency of the person that makes the invitation).
7. Two (2) photocopies of the return ticket to the country.
